CAPA Consulting undertakes aviation strategy development for governments and government agencies, with a focus on commercially realistic outcomes and value capture.

Our aviation policy seeks to build on the nexus between government and key industry stakeholders, including airlines, airports, educational institutions and product and service suppliers; and establish the foundations for mutually beneficial objectives to be realised.

We have worked at all levels of government, from regional multi-lateral fora and agencies (such as World Bank, ADB, ASEAN and APEC) to national, state and local government.  Assignments have been completed in a wide range of both developed and emerging markets.

Our aviation policy is the result of experience gained through years within the aviation industry and collaborative work with a varied range of business models.
